We specialize in stamping ~ utilizing progressive, compound and single station dies ~ in 13 presses ranging from 4 to 400 tons.

We can process virtually any material in any thickness. From coil we can run .020" thick to 3/8" thick material and bar stock beyond that. Steel, stainless, steel, aluminum, brass and copper can be ran. Wire, rod, tube, plate, bar, sheet or coil, you name it ~ we can run it!

Dyco Manufacturing Inc. provides several secondary operations. From drilling a single hole to tapping multiple holes at once. Riveting, staking, deburring or assembly. Welding capabilities, spot, projection, mig, tig, rotary and our latest additions, robotic welding.

We can run orders as low as 50 pieces. We have jobs running as high as 10,000,000 pieces per year.
